Drug Uses
Seroquel improves symptoms associated with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder by affecting certain brain receptors. Seroquel is proved to be effective for acute curing of manic episodes in patients.
How Taken
Seroquel comes in pills to be taken by mouth. Dose may vary from 25mg to 300mg and should be advised by your physician.
Additional Information
Seroquel can cause drowsiness, dizziness, or blurred vision. These effects can worsen if Seroquel is taken with alcohol or certain other medications. Take Seroquel with caution. Do not drive or perform other possibly unsafe tasks until you know how you respond to this drug. If your symptoms don't improve or if they worsen, call your physician. This drug should be used only by the patient for whom it has been advised. Do not take less or more or take it more often than advised by your physician.
