The third DOE traineeship in Cologne, with the participation of TÜV and Tsinghua Coway International TechTrans Co., Ltd., from 27 October to 19 December

The third traineeship for organisations participating in the Applicant DOEs training programme was held at TÜV Rheinland Headquarters in Cologne from October to December. The staff from Tsinghua Coway International Techtrans Co., Ltd. participated in the traineeship in Cologne. Under the supervision of a senior TÜV CDM auditor, the traineeship further strengthened the participants’ skills and knowledge of auditing, sectoral scopes, validation and verification, from a series of case studies regarding the validation process of a number of current CDM projects around the world.

The traineeship provided hands-on skills and knowledge to the participants from Applicant Entity. It enhanced the capacity of participants’ organisation, and facilitated the progress of domestic DOE development in China. The participant Applicant Entity, Tsinghua Coway International TechTrans Co., Ltd. highly evaluated with the results from the traineeship.
