The fifth DOE traineeship in Cologne, with the participation of TÜV and the China Classification Society Certification Company (CCSC), from 4 June to 24 July 2009

The fifth traineeship was implemented at TÜV Rheinland Headquarters in Cologne, Germany from 04 June to 24 July, 2009. The selected staff from the China Classification Society Certification Company (CCSC), Ms. Piao Lijing, participated in the traineeship in Cologne. Under the supervision of a senior TÜV CDM auditor, the trainee conducted a series of studies on the methodology, methodological tools, validation and verification manual, and participated in the validation process of a number of current CDM projects under different project categories. The traineeship further strengthened the participants’ skills and knowledge of sectoral scopes, CDM validation and verification and provided hands-on skills and CDM validation and verification experiences to the participant. The traineeship enhanced the capacity of participant’s organisation, and facilitated the progress of domestic DOE development in China.
